A free mobile service available to anyone in Mecklenburg County. Serves those experiencing mental health, substance use, or situational crises. The MCT will come to you during a crisis and then connect you to community resources to help you get clean. The MCT is provided by CriSyS Mecklenburg County.

A program offered by C.W. Williams Community Health Center, a low-cost clinic in Charlotte that offers mental and medical care. Their team of mental health professionals is ready to provide the quality substance use disorder treatment you deserve. Appointments are required.

PRN has many different services for these needs, so please explore them on their website linked below. They also offer a warmline, a 24/7 peer staffed phone line which offers confidential and emotional support, problem solving, and resources to North Carolina Residents.

Offers mobile (and fixed location) harm reduction services within Mecklenburg County. Includes free sterile equipment and Naloxone (Narcan) to people who use drugs, people who use hormones, people who do sex work, and other marginalized groups. Mobile delivery prioritizes people who have disabilities, people who are homeless, and/or who have no transportation. QCHR encourages members to access the drop-in center when able.
